-清水 1.5公升

Water 1.5 litres

-黑醬油(附帶) 1包

Dark soy sauce (included) 1 pack

-材料茶包 1包

Bak Kut Teh tea bag 1 pack

-生抽 2湯匙

Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons

-黑蒜頭 3至4粒

Black garlic 3 to 4 heads

-鹽 1至2克

Salt 1 to 2 grams

-排骨 1公斤

Ribs 1kg

Bak Kut Teh Cooking Instruction

先將1.5公升清水大火煮沸。

Boil 1.5 liters of water over high heat.

Group 6@2x

加入材料茶包,3-4粒黑蒜頭,黑醬油(附帶),2湯匙生抽,1公斤排骨和1至2克鹽。

Add tea bag, 3-4 heads of black garlic, dark soy sauce (included), 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1kg of ribs and 1 to 2 grams of salt.

然後轉至中火,煮約1小時,即可趁熱享用。

Turn to medium heat and cook for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
